Storage of goods or materials in any rear yard adjacent to any Residential Zone shall be enclosed and screened from public view by a solid fence at least 2 metres (6 feet) in height and which fence shall be maintained in good repair.

(iii) has a maximum of one bedroom with minimum floor area of 40 square metres (430 sq.ft.) and a maximum floor area of 56 square metres (600 sq.ft.); and
(iv) is for single person household accommodation only.
