THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ARMOUR

MINUTES

A special meeting of the Council of the Township of Armour was held on Wednesday, June 25th, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. Those in attendance were Reeve Frank Gill, Councillors Joanne Cripps , Gary McFarlane, and Marty Corcoran. Rod Blakelock was absent.; Staff, Wendy Whitwell, Acting Clerk-Treasurer

This special meeting was called to review and discuss the first draft of the 2003 municipal budget.

The budget was reviewed in detail. The Treasurer was instructed to make the requested changes, and request the municipal auditor Michael Turner attend the next regular meeting of Council, July 8^th, 2003.

The following resolution was passed:

- Moved by Joanne Cripps, Seconded by Marty Corcoran, that we do now adjourn at 9:15 p.m. until the next regular meeting of Council scheduled for July 8^th, 2003, or at the call of the Reeve.
